a new round appears! make a permanent card that can blink itself. there's lots of different timings that can fall under the blink umbrella, so I'm just gonna say that as long as it exiles itself from the battlefield and then returns to the battlefield at some later point in the game, it's fine.

gonna start grading on Friday probably. go!

I'm gonna say no, 'cause I think the design space for phasing is really different from the design space for blinking, and I'd like to leave space for a phasing round somewhere down the line if I get the chance.
