So, yeah, the Mistform Ultimus Game is pretty fun. And I really like the Keyword Game too. But what if we rip out the pulsing heart of those two and smash them together in sort of a Frankensteinesque Keyword Ultimus Game?

The idea is that we chain posts together. The first post is a card with at least two keywords/ability words/mechanics, and the next card after that reuses one of the keywords and combines it with a new keyword, just like the Ultimus Game, just with keywords.

No color order, no card type order, just a game to see if we can make cool new and/or interesting keyword combinations.

Go on - give it a shot.

First card:

Rise --
Sorcery
Choose one:
* Return a creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
* Return a non-creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
Entwine - Pay 2 life.
(FUSE)
Shine --
Sorcery
Choose one:
* Reveal a creature card from your hand. Exile target creature that shares a color with the revealed card.
* Reveal a non-creature card from your hand. Exile target permanent that shares a type with the revealed card.
Entwine - Pay 2 life.

Two notes: sacrifice, tap, destroy, and other such terms are also keywords. (Actions, not abilities.) And secondly, the Mistform Ultimus game is supposed to continually alternate toward the newest creature type posted. Not that this has to, but thought I'd mention it.

I think this might be too hard if it's only the newest keyword/mechanic, but let's see how it goes..

Does Delve and Devour interact? It would be so cool if they did - sac the creatures for devour and then delve them to make the dragon cheaper Pretty please?

Hi Tekk, your card is meant to use one of the mechanics from the previous card (champion or defender)
