This one is probably too mean, so a few hints - scifi writing; the mutant type is more of a class for the character than denoting the character as a mutant (among his people, his ability are extraordinary but not unusual); his race type probably wouldn't be used in Magic, opting instead for something like Mouse or Beaver.


As expected, way too mean (and I meant to do this much earlier) - Pucky/Gucky (his name in the original German)/Plofre (his actual, rarely used name) the last Mousebeaver/Ilt from the German space opera long runner Perry Rhodan. Teleporter, Telekinet, Telepath.

This one should be much easier:
