The Hekma
Legendary Enchantment
The Hekma enters the battlefield with two charge counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay any amount of :u:, then put that number of charge counters on The Hekma.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, if it wasn't cast, remove a charge counter from The Hekma. If you do, return that creature to its owner's hand.
When you remove the last charge counter from The Hekma, sacrifice it.
