If you control it, untap it, put a shield counter on it, and until end of turn, whenever you activate one of its activated abilities, copy it and you may choose new targets for the copy. Otherwise, tap it, put a stun counter on it, and it loses all abilities until end of turn.

Had a heck of a time wording that one and I am worried its still not right.

I'd probably go with something like this.

Horrors of the Brothers' War
Enchantment
If a player would lose life, they sacrifice that many creatures instead.
Whenever a creature dies, exile it and the top three cards of its controller's library.
Once per turn, each player may cast a creature card they own exiled with Horrors of the Brothers' War. Whenever a creature spell is cast this way, it gains haste and vigilance.
The brothers' armies lived only long enough to birth the next deployment.

As long as an opponent controls a creature with more modifications than each creature you control, Aura and Equipment spells you cast cost less to cast and have flash.
As long as you control a creature with more modifications than each creature an opponent controls, attacking creatures you control have first strike.

As Doomsday Clock enters the battlefield, each player secretly chooses a number between 1 and 15, then reveals their choice. Doomsday Clock enters the battlefield under the control of the player of your choice who chose the lowest number with that many minute counters on it and they lose an amount of life equal to 15 minus the number they chose.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, remove a minute counter from Doomsday Clock.
When there are no minute counters on Doomsday Clock, exile all nonland permanents and end the turn.
