Played a list close to this one at legacy last night. It did about as well as you'd expect and is very fun and aesthetically pleasing.

The combo is Dictate+Shigeki+Turtle+Harvest or Dictate+Shigeki+(Noxious Revival and a cantrip)+Harvest making infinite mana and getting every card back infinitely many times. Once you're doing your thing, just get back Atarka's Command enough times that your opponent dies. Alternate wincon of flying turtle beets.

Turnabout is a 5th Harvest, Alchemy is a 5th Salvage, Determined is a fifth Veil and Bound is Instant speed regrowth X. Bound is very interesting in that it doesn't target, and the sacrifice is part of the effect and not the cost. This has a lot of interesting consequences like being able to get back the creature you sacrifice.

Harness Infinity is absolutely hilarious and won me the one game I got last night. It's a beautiful $2 extended art foil and in this particular deck it is completely ridiculous.

Some properties:
+Entire deck is instant speed, including the land drops
+Most parts of the combo are uncounterable and/or self-recovering and/or incidentally bypass things like Hexproof
+Basic manabase means resistance to Wasteland
+Almost all of the deck is dollar foils and special arts, with incredible thematic artwork and flavor text
+Deck is very quiet and gentle; all of the effects are just about growing yourself and the cycle of life and death, except for a slightly angry dragon
+Flying turtles

-Won't win any games


If you want to change tables, -4 Brainstorm -1 Turnabout, +4 Consider +1 Turtle makes the entire 75 modern legal.

Lots of cute accidental tech and built in elegance and efficiency.
