So currently running a list on MTG online for a Dimir (or as I have it named here Waterfront after the current standard legal land).

Basics run spells like Consider, Fading Hope Phyrexian Esponage, Infernal grasp to play around the opponents board and creatures like Delver, Tenacious Underdog, and Telerian Serpent to pressure the board.

Will try to post decklist soon but wouldn't mind suggestions.

It was pre ban Dominaria standard. That said can still play if. Just need to rework it.
