"Casual" ? Seems pretty cutthroat to me. Also, has disappointingly few Dragons and dragon synergy. I'd run that red enchantment that gives Haste and burn to all my dragons (and replaced all Haste dragons with other good ones.)

UselessCommon, this deck feels less "dragon tribal" to me, more "I'm going to blow up all your lands and burn your face off." Dragons just happen to be a fine way to finish someone off once they can't cast spells.
Deck is also decidedly casual. Not fun to play against, but not something I'd ever bring to a tournament either. It has only 2 very janky card draw spells (which I oh so appreciate), and a butt-ton of ramp. It's probably going to lose to itself in this iteration more often than anything else.

Hm...Thunderbreak Regent feels underwhelming to me here. Or at least off theme. I understand why it's there, but I just feel like this deck wants to be more proactive in getting damage through to the opponent's face.

Actually, taking those slots in a different direction, I mentioned before that you're missing card draw. Reforge the Soul and even Tower of Fortunes seem plausible given the amount of mana you make. Reforge the soul has the added bonus of restocking the opponent's hand for maximum value off of a Stormbreath Dragon trigger. And if you don't have a dragon, just geddon first, then wheel. The cards will be waiting for you when you find a dragon.
Vance's Blasting Cannons also works, and once you flip it Spitfire Bastion is a repeatable burn source on a land (you can wait to flip it until after you geddon). Yes, the Vance's Blasting Cannons whiffs on lands, but you only have 20 in the deck anyway. You'll hit 2/3 of the time.

And/or you could always ramp up to the full 4 copies of Temporal Aperture, because why not?
I'd say something about lots of shuffling being annoying, but you're already running Mass Land Destruction so I figure that's kind of the point.

And if you're looking for more red MLD, have you seen Devastation(admittedly a bit pricey at ~$30) or Destructive Force?

You can probably lose the Seething Songs. You have 14 other ramps spells plus 7 lands that make 2 mana per tap.
