This deck could use some cutting. And lands.
Help is very appreciated.

DECK STRATEGY:
1) Build a formidable defense line, a board of creatues and enchantments that doesn't really restrict attacking, but punishes for it. Main mechanics used for this are Indestructible, Regeneration, and Deathtouch.
2) Use it to hold Monarch and draw cards
3) Force enemy creatures to attack into it by red cards.
4) Grant pinging ability to Deathtouch creatures (incl. Marchesa) and/or combine wrath spells with Indestructibility/Regeneration to get a monopoly on creatures.

Cards with 2 are those I wouldn't like to ditch.

Bring back in Disrupt Decorum -- it's basically Insurrection-lite. You also seem to be low on the traditional "Pillow Fort" cards, with the "not coming back" category including both Ghostly Prison and Sphere of safety. Makes me wonder how you actually want to manage that defense

IMO, Queen Marchesa *needs* Solitary Confinement since it makes you quasi-immortal. With that, you want some side ways to access new cards, like Mikokoro, Sea Gate Wreckage, or Chandra, Pyromaster, but even just running it with Monarch to sculpt your hand and fill your GY is fine.

Maybe not what you're looking for, but I've found a player control suite of Mindslaver, Worst Fears and Word of Command does a ton of work in Marchesa. Cards that scale up in power the stronger your opponents are like those three, Insurrection, and Disrupt Decorum render you 'better defended' the more heat you're under. And since a lot of players become unreasonably aggressive when Monarch is up for grabs, you can expect that heat unless you're GREAT at redirecting it.

I am going to the direction opposite to what you are proposing. The paths are very distinct:
1) Marchesa deck can try to use traditional pillowfort cards to deflect attention from itself, let opponents stack their boards, and then use their boards against them.
2) Marchesa deck can try to use "provocation" cards to attract attention to itself, keeping opponents' boards clean by using defensive cards to kill their creatures, and then use their empty boards against them.

Propoganda effects mix particulary badly with provocation, because they can just refuse to pay tax and be unable to attack.

I would rather run Rise of the Dark Realms than Worst Fears or Disrupt Decorum or whatever.

Also, I'm definitely adding Graveblade Marauder.

Confinement might be worth it if it doesn't cost 10 $ or such...

Still, cutting is the main question here.
Any weak links ?
