It's standard, and Ben's on mono blue. Best of luck to the guy.

In my tournament I took a round one loss which was pretty tough. On top of that I then took a loss in round 5 putting me at 3-2. Luckily my 6th round opponent was a really good guy and was making playing the match a lot of fun. It really put me through the rest of the day to win out to make day two.

Also, Shadowchu is an exceedingly normal magic player as a person. If you've ever been to a large magic tournament you know its about 33% freakshow, 33% men who eat their insecurities, 15% ****, 9% retards, and 10% normal people. He's in the last group.

And... check the final standings. Just so we're clear as to what the pecking order in our relationship is. lol. Exclude me from the team by migrating to skype... I'll show you!

It's okay because I did almost zero testing for the GP. :V I didn't test with the team or any of my friends before the tournament except a few games against BW midrange the night before.

I'm going to be working on the deck a little bit though because I still think it's very good but needs some numbers shifted around.

Friend of mine went, and lost his win-and-in for day 2. Played Junk.

I was at my brother's wedding. Pretty sure I had more fun.

At least two of our local guys went to the GP while the rest of us stayed behind to fight the hydra. I've yet to hear how they did, but I doubt they made it to day two.

Jman, you would have had infi more fun hanging with me between rounds. And if you'd been around for day 2 when I entered full life-tilt you'd have been having a blast.

I also would have gotten the added value of ribbing my friend who lost his win-and-in for day 2.

So much value....

What's your next major appearance going to be? Promise I'll actually try to show.
