PT Theros Live coverage Anyone else watching the live coverage right now? I'm pretty much just Achievement Badge farming, but the tweets section of the page has been interesting to read. Apparently we've already got two DQ's and it's only day one. This is the first time I've bothered to watch live PT coverage. It's been sorta interesting. |

I must have missed how Finkel just lost game one against Mihara. Finkel had Thassa and a Specter on the board and enough mana to make both unblockable while Mihara only had 7 life.... It's too bad I have to watch this on mute at work. EDIT: Strike that, I can't count to five devotion. |

Their names scrolled by on the Twitter a few hours ago. There was a small uproar about it for like five or ten minutes and then things pretty much died down and went back to normal. I forget who it was. |

Here's one of the DQs Quote: During Round 1 of Pro Tour Theros, competitor Gaudenis Vidugiris was disqualified for Unsporting Conduct - Cheating. He was found to have drawn an opening hand of eight cards and then not drawn during his first turn. It appeared to the judges that he was taking actions to cover his mistake of drawing an extra card in his opening hand. This was not believed to be a premeditated action but is not permissible at this level of play. As a result, he was disqualified from this event. I'm still looking for the other. |

It was really popular today. Finkel did a lot of winning with it. EDIT: SCG is sold out of Tidebinder Mage too. At least until they can adjust the price higher. |
