It's been a while since I played, so forgive me if this is a stupid question:

If a creature blocks more than one attacker, does it deal TOTAL damage equal to its power, or does it deal damage equal to its power to each creature it blocks?

I believe as part of the m10 rules change, a creature in combat has to deal lethal damage to one creature before it can assign damage to another

unless it has deathtouch

Total damage, equal to its power. So Palace Guard blocking two Raging Goblins can only take one down.
