Information update from WizKids :: Magic: The Gathering Creature Forge: Overwhelming Swarm is a series of Magic token creatures come to life in a miniatures release by WizKids. The inaugural set will be released in September, 2018. The token figures are sculpted in scale with WizKids’ D&D minis line. The inaugural set release will feature 28 tokens spanning well known creature types from Magic’s 25-year history, including never-before-seen three-dimensional representations of Angels, Soldiers, Goblins, Zombies, Bears, Dragons, Dinosaurs, and more. Someone should let Wizard's know that it's really difficult to tell if these tokens are tapped or not.

I'm pretty sure each token comes with its associated card, so you just set the token on the card and tap the card.

it would be nice if they came with dials so they could also count the number of tokens

Circles just don't look any different turned sideways. You need a more elongated shape like an oval. For ease of turning, a rectangle would be best. Seriously though, I've been wondering recently why they hadn't done something like this already.
