Thus it is appropriately Chandra.

I imagine you'd want Blink Dagger and tons of buffs on you before going in. You could also remove the cast time, make Chandra tankier, or have Act on Impulse remove disables if it ends up being too difficult to use.

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage

A ranged Intelligence support whose versatile abilities are dependent on day and night.

Paraselene (Q)
Restore life to target friendly hero and cleanse all debuffs. If cast at night, additionally increases the vision range of that hero and grants true sight.

Dream Leash (W)
Tamiyo fires a dream leash that entangles the first enemy hero it hits. While that hero stays in range of Tamiyo, that hero is slowed and revealed, and Tamiyo drains mana from that hero over time. Lasts 6 seconds. If cast at night, also stuns on hit for 1 second and lasts twice as long.

Cloud Chariot (E)
Tamiyo and nearby friendly heroes gain increased movement speed and can fly over obstacles. Ends after 4 seconds or if the hero attacks or uses an ability. If this effect ends while a friendly hero is over impassable terrain, they ghost harmlessly to the nearest unoccupied terrain. If cast at night, also cloaks the affected heroes for the duration.

Pale Moon (R)
The clock becomes frozen at midnight for 12 seconds. During this time, you have vision in a large area around Tamiyo, all friendly heroes have increased life and mana regeneration, and all enemy units and structures are slowed. When the duration ends, the clock continues onward from midnight at its normal speed.

Chandra Nalaar

A ranged Intelligence carry who plays extremely recklessly in her quest to burn everything.

Incinerate (Q)
Deals damage to ALL units and structures in a 120-degree cone, plus additional damage over time.

Flames of the Firebrand (W)
Shoots flames at the three nearest enemy units and/or structures, dealing damage and slowing for 2 seconds, plus additional damage over time. The flames can hit the same target if there are fewer than three enemy units within the radius. The debuffs don't stack though.

Act on Impulse (E)
Chandra dashes forward and refreshes the cooldown of Incinerate and Flames of the Firebrand. Long cooldown.

Chandra's Ignition (R)
Chandra channels for 1 second before creating a GIANT EXPLOSION centered on her, dealing heavy damage to ALL other units and structures in the radius and slowing them for 4 seconds, plus additional damage over time. Destroys trees.

Venser, the Sojourner

A melee Intelligence support who excels at positioning his allies and enemies through teleportation.

Dispatch (Q)
Target a nearby hero and a nearby location to teleport the hero there. Short cooldown but high mana cost.

Invisibility (W)
Target friendly hero becomes cloaked for 3 seconds. Attacking, using an ability, or taking damage breaks the cloak.

Ghostway (E)
For 2 seconds, target unit is invulnerable, phases through units and structures, has increased movement speed, and can't attack or use abilities.

Path to Exile (R)
After channeling for .25 seconds, teleport all heroes in a small target area back to their respective teams' fountains.


Vraska the Unseen

A melee Agility assassin who specializes in ambushing others with her deadly petrifying gaze.

Consume Strength (Q)
Vraska leaps to target enemy unit, dealing damage to the enemy unit, ministunning it, restoring life to Vraska, and granting Vraska increased attack speed for 4 seconds.

Abrupt Decay (W)
Acidic mold infests the target area for 4 seconds, significantly slowing enemy units and reducing their armor.

Hatred (Passive)
Each consecutive attack against the same target deals additional damage and slows the target by an additional amount, up to a maximum of 10 stacks. The slow is cumulative with Abrupt Decay. Doesn't work on structures.

Gaze of Granite (R)
After channeling for .25 seconds, Vraska turns target unit to stone, dealing massive damage and stunning it for 5 seconds. Short range.

jesus christ Venser is not okay. For the purposes of a teamfight, his ultimate basically instakills anyone in the aoe. He also gives blink daggers to your entire team and stops your cores from ever dying.

It's pretty hard to make a hero when his skillset starts and ends at "teleport things." I tried to have some variety in what Venser's abilities can do, but you're right in that they all make him and his allies pretty hard to kill. What would you suggest?

For Venser's ult you could up the channeling time, make it single target, or make it have a ridiculously long cooldown. Alternatively, I could make it a mass TP scroll instead.

• Dimensional Current: Target is teleported slightly away from you. Deals damage to enemies.
• Banish: Removes target enemy from the map for a short duration.
• Waypoint: Put a teleportation rune where you stand. You may also use this spell to teleport to a rune, consuming it.
• Flicker: Attacks against you have a chance to be negated as you momentarily shunt yourself away from it.
• Space Distortion: Distorts space in an area, slowing their move, attack and cooldown speed.
• Dimensional Anchor: Slows an enemy and prevents him from using movement abilities.
• Portable Vacuum: Deals heavy damage and silences all enemies within an area for a short duration.
• Wave of Displacement: Deals damage in a cone and scrambles the position of all enemies hit.

Sarkhan Vol

A melee Strength bruiser with strong crowd control and the ability to transform into a dragon.

Banefire (Q)
Summon flames in a line, dealing damage to enemy units and stunning them for 1 second.

Hellkite Rake (W)
Sarkhan swoops to target location on draconic wings, dealing damage to each enemy unit he passes through.

Burning Rage (Passive)
Sarkhan has increased armor and deals damage to nearby enemy units every second.

Form of the Dragon (R)
Sarkhan transforms into a dragon, dealing heavy damage to nearby enemy units and stunning them for 1 second. As a dragon, Sarkhan has massively increased hit points and armor and can fly over terrain, and his autoattack is a breath of fire that deals heavy splash damage. Lasts 10 seconds. If Sarkhan transforms back while over impassable terrain, he glides harmlessly to the nearest unoccupied area.


Narset Transcendent

A melee Intelligence carry whose abilities have low cooldown and empower her autoattacks.

Singing Bell Strike (Q)
Narset's next autoattack has increased range, causes her to leap to the target, deals additional magic damage, and stuns for 1.5 seconds.

Dragon-Style Kick (W)
Narset's next autoattack deals additional magic damage, hits an area of effect in a line outward from Narset, and greatly pushes back units hit by it.

Center Soul (E)
The next time Narset is autoattacked, she blocks the attack and gains mana in proportion to the damage blocked. If the attacker is within Narset's attack range, she retaliates with an autoattack that deals additional magic damage.

Transcendance (R)
Narset gains massively increased movement speed and attack speed for 6 seconds, and her autoattacks deal additional magic damage.

I focus more on capturing the character than on filling roles. I don't think an even balance of focus on abilities is necessary.

Dovin Baan
Dovin's Acuity: [Trait] Dovin's abilities deal extra damage to enemy heroes who have one or more abilities on cooldown.

Deploy: Summon a Thopter that restore health and mana to Dovin while it deals damage.
Sabotage: Stun an enemy hero or structure. If this stuns a hero, their cooldowns freeze until the stun ends.
Pinpoint Flaw: Doubles damage from Dovin's Acuity on target enemy hero and surrounding allied heroes benefit from it.

Emergency Powers: [Ult] Nothing in a large radius can attack or use abilities. During this time, Dovin and allied heroes move faster and regenerate health rapidly and enemy heroes are slowed.
Mechanized Production: [Ult] Long channel. Intermittently while channeling, summons a Peacewalker with high health that slows enemy hero movement and cooldowns around it.

Samut
Tested: [Trait] Whenever Samut kills an enemy, she moves and attacks faster briefly. This bonus stacks.

Blur of Blades: Samut does a basic attack simultaneously against every enemy around her and gains [Tested].
Crash Through: Samut charges forward, going further the more stacks of [Tested] she has, dragging enemies she moves through with her. Enemies take damage the further they are dragged.
Tah Crop Trial: Samut raises her weapons and copies her stacks of [Tested] to each nearby allied hero.

Puncturing Blow: [Ult] Samut leaps forward at one enemy and deals massive damage. She spends all her stacks of [Tested] to increase damage. If that enemy survives, they are silenced and slowed briefly.
Zeal of Hazoret: [Ult] Hazoret appears above the field and begins throwing spears rapidly at enemy heroes. Spears deal damage and knockback.

Huatli
Warrior-Poet: [Trait] Huatli rides her dinosaur mount into battle. When Huatli attacks or takes damage, her movement speed is reduced and recovers quickly after she leaves battle. When Huatli switches mounts, her last dinosaur(s) remains to continue attacking automatically. It is dismissed if Huatli switches mounts again.

Kinjalli's Sunwing: Target an enemy to leap onto a pterodon and stun the target. While active, Huatli's attacks slow enemies. When moving at top speed, the sunwing flies over obstacles.
Ixalli's Herdcaller: Summon two hadrosaurs and leap onto one of them. While active, Huatli and the second hadrosaur's attacks restore a small amount of health to nearby allies.
Tillonali's Raptor: Target an enemy and Huatli leaps at them on a raptor, causing bleed over time. While active, Huatli's attacks deal splash damage as the raptor swipes with her.

Vision of Orazca: [Ult] Target an area as the destination of Huatli's crusade. All allies move faster and heal as they get closer to the target area. The first hero to enter that area ends the effect early and is restored to full health.
Primal Calamity: [Ult] Huatli leaps onto Zacama, a massive three-headed tyrannosaur. Kinjalli's Sunwing becomes Wakening Sun, an area effect damage and slow. Ixalli's Herdcaller becomes Verdant Sun, an area effect heal. Tillonali's Raptor becomes Burning Sun, a skillshot.

I dont play DotA; computer is ancient potato right now, but I do play League (min settings; still a few hiccups but not as many). What does agility/strength/intelligence affect?
