Well, then I have no idea because nothing else matches the majority of the criteria that I can find. I looked up Modern, CMC <= 2, enchantment, non creature, non aura, does not contain :, and white and that was all that The Gatherer could come up with. So unless you answered something wrong, I don't know what card it could possibly be.
