Am I the only one that is pretty much worthless the next day after a good night of boozing it up? (Ya ya I know many of you don't drink). I mean just lay on your ass all day watching football and napping, too hung to even turn the xbox on?? lol

No, you probably have it easy compared to me. Alcohol doesn't affect me much so if I want to get drunk I have to drink a lot, and since I take Cymbalta (for depression) the hangovers are waaaaaaaay worse than off the meds.

this. This always helps me, but my best advice is to smoke weed while you are getting drunk. The only times I haven't had bad hangovers after a bender is when I've gotten stoned too.

Unfortunately I can't smoke do to random drug screening with work :-(. If I could id prob be high a lot more then drunk.

Aw that sucks. You guys probably get tested a lot more than my brother who's just in the National Guard. They only test him the morning he does drill, so he gets really stoned the day after drill and by the next time he goes he's clean.
I would try taking water. Do not take tylenol or aspirin though while you have a hangover. You'll still have a lot of alcohol being processed in your liver, and if you take tylenol or aspirin it partially shuts down your liver and can cause damage if you do that a lot. Just drink tons of water and get electrolytes from either gatorade or food you can keep down.

Actually I'm not in anymore. I work for a healthcare company and they do randoms. I haven't had to take one in over 5 yrs but could at any time.

Ahh. That sucks. You should quit and move in with your dad like me. Then you can smoke whenever you want! (as long as he's not home and won't find out)

I work in healthcare as well - worked there for over a decade with no testing...then, new owners, and, all of a sudden, all of us got tested.
They were nice enough to give us 2 months notice first...

I work in construction and keep one of these in my truck, just in case.
They always work and trust me, I know. I've been hit random on many big projects.
Hint: Use all of it. Don't try to spread it out over two tests like it says it can be.
If you don't provide enough, they'll make you do it again and that can screw you.
