The greatest band of all-time? I say yes. What are your favorite songs outside of the "Holy Trinity" of War Pigs/Paranoid/Iron Man? My personal favorites: Black Sabbath Rat Salad/Faeries Wear Boots Supernaut A National Acrobat Don't Start (Too Late)/Symptom of the Universe You Won't Change Me Dirty Women Shockwave. I'm also intimately familiar with the non-Ozzy era, so we can go there too. I just thought it would be best to not delve into it in the initial post because a lot of people don't even know about it. Discuss Sabbath! |

Sabotage master race All the Ozzy and Dio era albums are great. Born Again too. The Martin era albums suck **** though imo |

I don't think the Martin era albums are trash, but they're certainly the worst of the bunch. I think the strongest record from front to back is 1992's Dehumanizer. That album is ridiculously good. EDIT - actually, Forbidden is complete trash, so yeah there's one that I do agree with. |

That was me, but aha, I realized Cross Purposes ain't that bad. Shame such decent backing music was ruined by utterly pussy vocals though. |
