The two best things I could come up with were A) the debut of a front page or B) bringing back all the deleted smileys for a single day and redeleting them at the end once we'd realized what we had done.

I support the idea of an anniversary party.

An anniversary party could be fun. I'm not sure how much party can really be organized in a bit under two weeks, though -- wasn't UnCon organization started several months in advance?

Some ideas:
-Custom titles for people who have made notable contributions to the site. For example, Bounty for having the highest post count, Parad for running the starstill project, CKY for creating NGA constructed, Shadowchu for streaming, and Cato for... well, I'll get back to you on that one. This is the simplest to implement.
-New smilies to commemorate the special moments that have become part of our board culture. For example, :imaginetheresnodazoline: would be a tiny picture of John Lennon, :2shieldz: would be a picture of 2 shields. This is a bit harder to implement, but it would be fun if you did.
-Steam events: I made a steam group. We could play one of any number of free to play games. I know for sure I can kick all your asses at tf2. Except maybe Ko.
-Uncon variant: I think the most important thing to do for this would be to pick someone reliable to run the event. Razorborne, CKY, or Bounty Hunter would all be great choices, assuming they have the time and the will. This would probably involve a lot of work though.
-Front Page: that would be great, but I'm gonna assume from the fact that you've been working on it for months that it isn't very easy.

As far as running something: I've mentioned down in the gaming areas before, but I'm currently deployed and literally cannot be online enough for it. I'll help in every way that I can, just can't lead that project.

I actually would love a :2shields: though, although I'd spell it with an s so it makes more sense to people who weren't there. plus until pablo made the MUP it was spelled with an s.
