there needs to be a way for the collective users to tell the staff that they are making bad or wrong decisions and discuss things openly

if you don't agree then you shouldn't be a moderator

You were told how to share with us words that are not in the filter but should be.

The existing thread for such discussion will re-open once Alth has time to wrap up what he was originally doing that caused the thread lock (and has been delayed by other stuff happening). This thread is therefore - again - unnecessary. Please do not restart it again.
