I really want to breathe some life into the Hearthstone board. Making a You Make the Hearthstone Card subforum would go to great lengths towards accomplishing this. |

why would the entire Hearthstone sub-forum go to YMtC? It doesn't belong there at all. WORST IDEA EVER |

you can't take a popular subforum and put it somewhere else just to keep an unpopular one on life support. There's not enough discussion going on about people with Vinyl records, so we're going to move topless Emma Watson pics under the Pieces of Vinyl subforum to get more hits. |

its the hearthstone board you're breathing life into, if that was unclear. The context you're probably missing is that much of the activity on the hearthstone subforum is already YmtC related. I wouldn't mind seeing trial runs for non-MTG YmtC subforums under YmtC, hearthstone included, but I imagine they'll still end up dying. Also, having a hearthstone general forum and a hearthstone YmtC forum seems excessive for a forum that is already mostly dead. Also also YmtC is a subforum of MTG i think, so you could consider that a contradiction. I don't really think organizational integrity matters to the extent that these things matter when there's a good reason to try it though. The other problem is that hearthstone general and hearthstone YmtC have a lot of overlap, because part of talking about card design is talking about the game, and the cards that are in the game. This is also true of YmtC and MTG general though. You could potentially run the problem where people talk about the latest hearthstone updates more frequently in YmtC hearthstone than in hearthstone general though, which is weird. The bottom line is that making hearthstone a subforum of the YmtC forum will make hearthstone YmtC more active, which is naturally a good thing for anyone who wants to see hearthstone YmtC (or just hearthstone in general really) take off, which is myself and Parad at least. |

ah ok, that makes more sense. It just seems really counter-intuitive for someone to go to YmtC if they want to find any strategy or deck-building conversation around Hearthstone. Thanks for the clarifications, Ragna. |

Find people from other sites, maybe help us make a set, try to regularly post decks or something. Honestly i find myself playing less and less. |

I think that HS at this point would be better served as "other card games" but even then, it would still be dead |
