What is C-league?

Basically, I'll be holding a series of contests on no goblins allowed, one for every subforum. Except DotP, that board is a cesspool. Every entrant is awarded up to 5 catpoints based on the following criteria:

5: This submission is amazing, exceptional, and everything I dreamed of when I made the contest. This is a very rare grade, and not every contest will necessarily have even one 5.

4: For the good submissions that don't quite warrant a 5.

3: For submissions that are OK, but nothing to write home about.

2: For submissions that aren't actively bad.

1: For submissions that are bad, but not comically so.

0: Your decision to submit this has done nothing but waste your time and mine.

Grades are whenever I feel like, scores are non-negotiable, and the winner gets nothing. Game on.
