well i mean i'm sure the guy who it was aimed at would have considered it to be baiting and everyone owuld have tought it was true and funny

I believe he means he deleted a post a long time ago in which he had targeted another user, who in the intervening time between when he deleted the post and now was banned. Personally, I would think it depends on the actual content of the post.

This was what I was hinting at.

If a post could be considered a CoC violation it doesn't much matter if the user it targeted no longer visits, whether by their own choice or via moderator action.*

After finding and reading the message I think I deleted it cuz it was dumb along with drawing attention to the fact that the OP was no longer here lol
